District #1 – Supt Andrew McClellon

Pastor: Supt. Andrew McCLellon
Mrs. Clayton resides in Byhalia, Ms where she serves as Minister of muisc under her father, Supt. Andrew McClellon at the Watson Chapel COGIC in Byhalia. She is the wife of Roger Clayton who serves as the musician at Watson Chapel.
District #2 – Supt. Walter Dixon
Church Membership: Morning Star COGIC, Cleveland , MS
Pastor: Supt. Walter Dixon
Minister Dixon resides in Clarksdale , MS where he owns his own computer consulting firm and is also employed at the Coahoma Commuity College. He serves as an associate minister and minister of music under his father, Supt. Dixon at the New Jerusalem COGIC in Drew, MS and the Morning Star COGIC in Cleveland, MS . He is the founder and director of “Chris Dixon and Joyfull Noise”, a dynamic group of young singers who have released their first CD. He is an anointed songwriter and musician for the Lord. Other than music, Chris enjoys a nice game of basketball(he's still working on those skills!).
District #3 – Supt. Roy Riley, Sr.
Church Membership: Jerusalem Temple COGIC
Pastor: Supt. Roy Riley, SR.
Jermichael resides in Memphis, TN. He is currently the minister of music at Jerusalem Temple COGIC where his father, Supt. Roy Riley, serves as pastor. He is a director for the Northern Mississippi Jurisdictional Department. He is also one of the lead singers for the Grammy/Stellar award winning Mississippi Mass Choir. He has produced one CD and is in the process of releasing another one in the near future. He is a graduate of Jackson State University where he received a degree in Mass Communication and is currently working towards a Master's degree. As well as working at the local, district, and state level, Jermichael works wholeheartedly with the international Music department. He says his music has been influenced Daryl Coley, the Clark Sisters, Kim Burell, and last, but not least his mentor and friend, Dr. Mattie Moss Clark.
Elder Ezra Howard
District #4 – Supt. Frank Howard
Church Membership: St. Luke COGIC, Moorhead , MS
Pastor: Supt. Frank Howard
Elder Ezra Howard resides in Clarksdale , Mississippi where he is employed in the educational system as a webmaster. He and his wife, Octavian have two daughters. He is an associate minister at St. Luke Church of God in Christ in Moorhead , MS , where he serves as Minister of Music. Elder Howard is also the Minister of Music for the Moorhead District. He is the founder and Executive Director of the Northern Mississippi Jurisdictional Orchestra. He is also the founder and the director of the newly formed Music Training School in Moorhead , Ms. As well as working with the State Orchestra, Elder Howard also is involved with the National Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Vernard Johnson. District #5 – Supt. Isaac Scott
Church Membership: St. Luke COGIC, Greenwood , MS
Pastor: Supt. Isaac Scott
Missionary Henderson resides in Greenwood , Ms. Where she is a member and serves as minister of music at the St. Luke COGIC where her pastor is the Supt. Isaac Scott. She also assist other churches with their music departments. She has worked with District #5 and the State Music Department for over 30 years and enjoys helping whenever she can. Her ability to site read musical scores is always a help when an old hymn is required in the services. She is also the President of the Jurisdictional Women's choir serving under Jurisdictional supervisor Sarah Gaston.
District #6 – Supt. William Dean
Church Membership: St. Paul COGIC, Lexington ,MS (“The Mother Church ”)
Pastor: Supt. William Dean
Dr. Dean resides in Lexington, Ms with her husband, Administrative Asst. William Dean. She is a member of the St. Paul COGIC (The Mother Church) where her husband Supt. William Dean is the pastor. She has her Bachelors of Science degree, MBA degree, and Ph.D. She serves on saeveral committees in the Jurisdictional Women's Department. She is gifted in playing the organ and singing. She is currently retired and working full time in the ministry with her husband..
District #7 – Supt Glenn Huggins
Church Membership: Greater Pentecostal Temple COGIC in Columbus, MS
Pastor: Elder Ocie Salter (father)
He serves as Minister of Music at his local church as well as one of the associate elders under his father's leadership. He is a gifted organist who is constantly perfecting his gift. Before being appointed he worked as the district organist for District #7. He is employed as a security officer in the city of Columbus. He is married to the former Angel Harwell of Oxford, MS. they have one son named Joshua.
District #11 – Supt. Albert Pass
Church Membership – Deliverance Temple COGIC, Sardis, MS
Elder Craig B. Johnson is the pastor of Deliverance Temple COGIC in Sardis, MS. He is employed as a marketing representative For MS Valley Gas Co. MS-Division of Atmos Energy Corporation serving the Coahoma and Tunica counties. Elder Johnson serves faithfully with the Jurisdictional Music Department as song leader and director. He also serves with the Jurisdictional Orchestra as Marketing director. He is also part of the Contemporary Gospel Group “Decision”. He can also be heard on the Christian radio stations KJIW 94.5FM and the new WJIW 104.7FM for the Saturday afternoon drive time, which will be up and running in the summer 2004.
District #9 – Supt. John H. Scott
Church Membership- Peter Rock COGIC
Pastor: - Elder Samuel Anderson
Mr. Edwards has been working hard in his first year of leading district#9. He is a faithful brother at his local church serving under Elder Samuel Anderson at the Peter Rock Church of God in Christ. Supt John Scott has entrusted Gary to carry the district choir forward.
District #10 – Supt. Bernelle Hoyle
Church Membership: St. James COGIC, Ripley , MS
Pastor: Supt. Bernelle Hoyle
Barbara Reside in Ripley, MS . On the local and district level she works very hard with her father, Supt. Bernell Hoyle, to make sure there is a spirit of excellence and holiness in the music department. On the state level she helps to keep the choir in order and at the post when needed. She is willing to do whatever is asked of her. She is an active participant in the International Music Department.
District #11 – Supt. Albert Pass
Church Membership – Christ Temple COGIC
Pastor – Supt. Albert Pass
Elder Ivy serves as minister of music at his local church. He is married and has five children. He is a gifted organist and choir teacher. He works diligently with his father-in-law, Supt. Albert Pass at Christ Temple COGIC. He is also the director of the AGAPE Praise Choral, a group of powerful singers for the Lord.
District #12 – Supt. James Pulliam
Church Membership: Peter's Rock COGIC, Starkville , MS
Pastor: State Sunday School Supt. Joseph Hawkins
Brandone resides in Starkville, MS where she is employed with the Oktibbeha County School System. He is the Praise and Worship leader and also works with the youth choir at Peter's Rock Temple COGIC. He attended Mississippi State University.
District #2 - Supt. Walter S. Dixon
Church Membership: St. James Temple COGIC, Clarksdale, MS
Pastor: Bishop T.T. Scott
Chris lives in Clarksdale, Ms where he serves in the local Music department and in District#2. He serves at the St. James Temple COGIC where Bishop Scott is the pastor. He sings with "Perspective" a contemporary group out of Clarksdale, MS. He is working on a solo project.
